I really enjoyed Say You'll Remember Me by Abby Jimenez and The Soulmate Equation duology by Christina Lauren (I've been enjoying romances this summer)!
I recently finished ‘Pet’ by Catherine Chidgey. I loved the mystery aspect and finished it in 2 days! (Read this ages ago now but I seriously recommend ‘Quicksand’ by Junichirou Tanizaki… bonkers book. I won’t spoil why.)
I've just finished the bone shard daughter and have started the second in the series. It was amazing. A completely original magic system and so many twists and turns, I couldn't put it down.
Piranesi by Susanna Clarke (changed my life, told through journal entries, takes places in its own unique labyrinthine world, twists and turns obviously inevitable). Put me in an amazing reading slump because it was so haunting. Been a fan of Clarke’s since Jonathan Strange and was so good to be back in her mind.
Just finished last book o the Obernewtyn chronicles by Isobelle Carmody. They are fantastic!!!!! An awesome post nuclear apocalypse dystopian novel exploring human nature, good and evil, ai anddd supernatural powers! It’s a very good fantasy book highly recommend if you haven’t read it already
I read The Sentence by Louise Erdrich earlier this summer and it was FANTASTIC. I didn't think I was ready for a covid book, but having an Indigenous main cast of characters and a completely different setting than what I experienced made for a fascinating and really enjoyable read!
I just absolutely devoured A Witch's Guide to Magical Innkeeping! It had me absolutely cackling by a quarter of the way in and I would've lived in that world so much longer if I could've (great cast of characters and solid plot!)
I read Glorious Rivals by Jennifer Lynn Barnes, and it was a fantastic sequel with excellent mysteries! And that's such an awesome idea, to use that to be your library doors, so cool!
I've recently read the Six of Crows duology by Leigh Bardugo and absolutely fell in love with it!

I just finished the Knight and the Moth by Rachel Gillig! Loved how unique the world building was!
I just started dipping my toes into Robin Hobb’s Realm of the Elderlings series and so far I am enjoying it!
