Would you theoretically be interested in doing a unique structure for a novel, like in Illuminae again? Maybe not to that extent but things like Magellan from Aurora, or footnotes or something?
I am so stoked for Red Star Rebels. I’ve all of your SciFi series. I’ve read them multiple times. I’m excited to get engrossed in a new one. Also, I’m super excited to see the picture of your award. Any award with the name “Aslans,” is automatically going to be epic! Congratulations! It is well deserved ❤️
The art installation part and your daughter's experience of it reminds me so much of embodied learning (hot topic at my university right now because our director of the center for teaching and learning studies and writes about it). I'd recommend looking it up, it's pretty interesting!

So cool to see the Japanese exhibits—the giant glowing eggs are so cool and extraordinary looking! Can’t wait to hear more about RSR!!! 🥹🥹 It releases right before my birthday so it’ll be the perfect bday present. Already preordered it as a birthday gift! Been a fan since Illuminae and just gave Aurora Rising to my dog walker as a new book rec!
I love Japan! I lived in Okinawa for over three years. But, sadly, never really made it to mainland other than layovers. Maybe one day! So happy you were able to make it there and have such a wonderful time and become full again. It sounds like it was exactly what you needed. :)
For Red Star Rebels, I'm wondering if you'll bring in any of the corporate issues some of us hoped to avoid with Mars? Why was Cleo a stowaway? (*scratches head*) And, to me, it sounds like Hunter is going to need Cleo much more than she needs him. (*face palm*) Can't wait to see her give him a bit of a boot to the behind to get him going. lol. But as a HUGE fan of Aurora Rising, I know Red Star Rebels will be amazing either way, and I cannot wait to have it in my hands! <3
