I can't wait to get a copy, Amie is my all-time favorite author. And that's coming from a librarian. On a college budget, but this definitely goes on the essentials list!
I'm celebrating getting into a very reach school for university! In addition and in compliment to that I'm also so excited to start seeing minor (but noticable!) improvements in my mental and physical health. It's so wonderful that my work over the last couple months on myself, my cross-training, and my dedication is actually paying off. I've had a long year and it's checkpoints like these that are good to remember the small wins too!
Next weekend I will be celebrating with my local indie bookstore; their bookstore cat, Ink, is turning 19! I will bring him fancy canned cat food for his present.
I'm celebrating my first "real" gig as a bagpiper!! A friend of mine got married last weekend and she asked me to play Amazing Grace on my Scottish bagpipes at the end of the ceremony <3
I was an anxious mess the last few days before the wedding but it went absolutely amazing and I rocked it!
This was truly one of the best novels I have ever read! I don’t read either! But something about this took a hold of me and I had to have it and read it, and I tell you I’m so happy I did! Loved every moment of it, got so excited to come home from work and just read it! Didn’t even want to work I just wanted to read it!! Looooooove!!! I’m so sad I finished it though! Ughh amazing!!

I am celebrating my wife’s acceptance into a very special writing course she’s been trying to get into since last year! I am also celebrating my birthday but that happens every year!
I’m celebrating stepping out of my comfort zone and attending a pride rally (I’m normally really nervous in those types of settings). It was so nice to be surrounded by my queer siblings, all being unapologetically ourselves (and fabulous to boot!)
I finished my first-ever first draft of a novel!!! Celebrating with champagne, a Netflix binge and a break to refresh for my first-ever revision!
